St Andrew's and St Bartholomew's

APCM 2020 – 28th October, 19.30

If you cannot attend in person, this event will be available via YouTube and Facebook. Please note, you cannot vote via the live stream.

APCM: This year, the APCM was postponed from April due to Covid-19 and will be held on Wednesday, 28th October at 7.30pm in St.Andrew’s Church. Churchwardens are elected at this meeting. We hope you will be able to attend, abiding by all the Covid-19 regulations (mask, etc.)

PCC Elections: At this meeting we will elect 5 PCC members, and 4 Deanery Synod members. If you would like to stand for PCC or Deanery Synod you need to get a Proposer and Seconder, all of whom including yourself must be on the Church Electoral Roll. Nomination forms are available in the concourse.

Electoral Roll: You are invited to add your name to the roll if you are not already on the list, which was revised last year. Collect a form from the concourse and fill in before Sunday 11th October. People on the roll can vote at the APCM and stand for the PCC. You need to be over 16 and have worshipped in the Parish for over 6 months.

Nomination Forms for PCC members and Deanery Synod, APCM agenda, last minutes and finance statements are all available to download from the Members’ page.
